This White Bean Truffle Hummus is a spin off of my dad’s hummus recipe. He makes a great traditional chickpea garlic hummus. The proportions seem to be just right on his, so that the hummus comes out really light and fluffy. I decided to switch a couple things around to make a White Bean Truffle Hummus.
It is so quick to make, it you only need to put all the ingredients in a food processor and combine.
I even use a mini food processor and it fits just perfectly.
In my excitement of getting ready for my holiday party, I neglected to take a picture of the final hummus! So, I’m going to let you use your imagination here to see this bowl of White Bean Truffle Hummus. If you want to cheat, you can take a look at my Holiday post to see it on the table of apps!
