These German Chocolate Fudge balls are perfect for when you have a chocolate craving. They take only 5 minutes to make, and they have no sugar or dairy! I stumbled across this recipe from Chocolate Covered Katie, and have loved it ever since. The only sweetener is dates. If you do not like dates, don’t be afraid of this recipe!! I don’t either, and no one can ever tell they are in there!
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. I used the nutribullet, it’s a little tough for it to mix, but it gets the job done. As long as everything is mostly combined you are set to go.
It will look something like this when you take it out of the food processor.
Then gently roll the mixture into balls. Your hands will get a little messy, but it is so worth it!
